I do the vast majority of my business on repeat and referral, but I'm always happy to work with a fresh face. For Buyers we start by talking about the process of buying. We discuss agency (the pros and cons of Buyer Agency, and Dual Agency). We discuss lending criteria and how it applies to you. We discuss the tax advantages of homeownership, and, of course, we discuss what you hope to acquire. If you are a Seller looking for a DC Realtor, I have 49 years experience in good and bad markets. We discuss the likely range of value your property will bring, we discuss your needs and how best to design a sales strategy to meet your priorities. Buying and Selling is a collaborative process. I don't have all the answers and I don't know all the properties available. If you see something, if you hear something, if you know something, share it. If you have questions ask, ask ask. It's my job to offer you as much information about the process as you need in order to make the best decisions possible. As a Buyer, or a Seller, it's your job to make difficult decisions. Finally, the process should be enjoyable and if fraught with frustration and pitfalls, it should also be punctuated with laughter and ultimately success.
